Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Procurement Manager to support DoD contracting efforts by developing and executing scalable procurement workflows for software, hardware, and cloud services. You will negotiate vendor agreements, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with DFARS and FAR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including vendor negotiations and acquisition strategy.
• Compliant with DoD procurement policies (DFARS/FAR) and contract management.
• Experience with federal procurement regulations, cost estimation, and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or Supply Chain, or 5 years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement workflows for software, hardware, and cloud services.
• Negotiate vendor agreements and track procurement performance against budgets.
• Submit Procurement & Acquisition Status Report detailing POs and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with Work Orders to track licenses across the program (GIS, CI/CD, dashboards).
• Assist Government in negotiating shared software usage and chargeback structures.
• Maintain centralized license and services ledger for forecasting and reconciliation.
