DAS Health is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst, Software & Licensing to bring clarity to technology licensing for clients and internal teams. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 licensing, hardware licenses, and related cost controls in a fast-moving environment.

You will compile data across systems, surface issues, and recommend practical solutions to optimize licensing spend and improve financial accuracy for managed services clients.

Competenze

• Two years of IT procurement, asset management or software licensing experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft licensing experience, including 365, and license negotiations.
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation skills.
• Analytical mindset with close attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Maintain software/hardware license inventory across ConnectWise, SharePoint and spreadsheets.
• Review vendor invoices and usage to identify discrepancies and leakage.
• Manage orders, bundling, offboarding and asset records to improve accuracy.
• Track renewals and develop forecasts for budgeting and planning.
• Analyze license spend, pricing tiers and margins to find cost savings.
• Prepare dashboards and reports showing licensing costs and renewals.
• Support compliance, audits, true-ups and vendor activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing and Account Management to resolve issues.
