Job summary

Spry Methods, a provider of mission-focused technology and DoD solutions, seeks a License Manager for the PM MAGTF C2 COTS software portfolio. You will own license tracking across fielded, lab, test, and training assets and coordinate approvals with the PM MAGTF C2 team lead.

This is a growth-oriented role with direct visibility into licensing continuity. The ideal candidate has 4 years of license/asset tracking, a DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and advanced spreadsheet skills to

Qualifications

4 years' relevant experience in software license, asset, or procurement tracking.
Bachelor's degree field relevant to role.
Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 eligibility.
Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to own recurring reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

Act as central administrator for the MAGTF C2 COTS software portfolio across fielded, lab, test, and training assets.
Ensure all software license assignments are approved by the PM MAGTF C2 representative.
Draft license management procedures for Government approval and perform admin and tracking tasks for COTS licenses.
Establish and manage the procurement timeline — maintain configuration status, license expiration/renewal schedules, and PO status trackers.
Produce COTS portfolio cost forecasts and regular software utilization and accounting summaries from the PMO-approved tracking tool.
