The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in logistics, a BA/BS or equivalent experience, and an active secret clearance. Proficiency with ServiceNow and SAM tools is preferred to drive cost-effective license管理 and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related logistics work experience.
• BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize large amounts of information.
• Possess an active secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete software asset lifecycle.
• Maintain software licensing via repositories and OEM portals with auditable records.
• Track renewals 180 days before expiration and coordinate with bill payers.
• Enter, track, and receive software/hardware maintenance renewals and purchases.
• Audit software entitlements and ensure compliance across the enterprise.
• Compile audit findings for government and contract leadership.
