Job summary

BDO USA, P.C. seeks a Procurement Manager, Information Technology to lead IT sourcing across software licensing, SaaS, cloud, hardware, and services. You will own end-to-end procurement, negotiate contracts, and govern vendor relationships while partnering with IT, InfoSec, Finance, and Legal to optimize costs and strengthen governance.

You will manage a team of procurement professionals, drive process improvements, and deliver a consistent stakeholder experience across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or Finance.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in procurement, with 5+ years in IT/tech sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, and services sourcing.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and contracts with legal teams.
• Develop vendor governance frameworks and spend analytics.
• Manage and develop a procurement team.
• Partner with IT, InfoSec, Finance, and Legal for strategy.
