Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Project Manager, Site Selection to own end-to-end coordination of our site acquisition pipeline across multiple real estate transactions. This role sits at the center of a cross-functional process spanning Construction, Engineering/Design, Network Engineering, Finance, Security, Tax, and Legal, requiring precision and the ability to flag risk early and drive deals to close.

The role demands experience managing complex real estate deals, knowledge of power/utility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center site selection, real estate acquisition, or related infra development.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent high-value real estate transactions from intake to close.
• Knowledge of power/utility, fiber/carrier availability, zoning, and tax incentives.

Responsibilities

• Own the site selection portfolio end to end across multiple active sites, from intake to lease execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional site reviews across Construction, Engineering/Design, Network, Finance, Security, Tax.
• Drive due diligence workflows with site selection, construction, and operator teams.
• Manage lease negotiation logistics: LOI drafting, scope of work, internal approvals, and external counsel coordination.
• Maintain a single source of truth for site status, dates, and reporting to leadership.
• Identify and escalate risks such as schedule slippage and data discrepancies before they threaten timelines.
• Coordinate with operators, brokers, and internal stakeholders to align on data and timelines.
• Support tax and incentive analysis with accurate site location data.
