Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Site Selection Manager to lead AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas from strategy through signed agreements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, Energy, Engineering, Network, and Delivery.

This build-phase role focuses on developing regional acquisition strategies, negotiating complex transactions, and building scalable processes as Nebius expands into strategic markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center site selection, commercial real estate, infrastructure development, or large-scale industrial development.
• Experience leading infrastructure or real estate transactions from opportunity identification through contract execution.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, utility markets, land development, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience negotiating land acquisitions, leases, colocation agreements, build-to-suit transactions, or similar infrastructure agreements.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the acquisition of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas, from market strategy through executed agreements.
• Develop regional acquisition strategies and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead negotiations across multiple commercial structures, from initial engagement through signed agreements.
• Serve as transaction owner, leading cross-functional deal teams to keep parallel workstreams aligned and on schedule.
• Prepare investment recommendations and present analyses to executive leadership.
