Vultr is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to help build and maintain the technical operating system powering our global infrastructure delivery. You will organize complexity, optimize workflows, and ensure our source of truth is accurate.

Formación

• 1–3 years in technical operations, deployment coordination, or an infrastructure-adjacent role.
• Smartsheet proficiency with formulas, automated workflows and dashboards.
• Exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, or mission-critical builds a plus.
• Technical curiosity about how systems work and how to improve workflows.
• Clear, concise documentation and partnership-oriented communication.
• Degree in technical or operations-focused field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Systems Architecture & Workflow Automation: own and evolve Smartsheet/Jira environment; build automated scheduling tools and templates.
• Custodian of the Source of Truth: manage PRDs and Technical Build Books with version control.
• Delivery Coordination & Tracking: support milestone tracking to meet delivery dates.
• Process Engineering: translate field experience into global playbooks; refine templates and workflows.
• Operational Governance & Support: maintain deployment calendar and documentation for leadership reviews.
