Job summary

Vultr is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to run the deal line on our data center acquisition pipeline. You will be the execution engine between a qualified site and a signed transaction, engaging operators and landowners, driving non-binding LOIs, negotiating term sheets, and carrying the commercial position through final documentation on standard transactions while the Director leads the largest deals.

• Professional experience in deal sourcing and acquisitions.
• Strong negotiation and contracting skills.
• Ability to drive LOIs and term sheets to signature.

Responsibilities

• Pull qualified sites from proposal-ready inventory and engage operator/landowner counterparties.
• Drive non-binding LOIs covering rate, term, escalations, milestones, and due diligence exclusivity.
• Negotiate term sheets and final commercial terms; escalate complex cases to Director.
