Vulcan Development Group is seeking a VP Data Center Site Selection to lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of data center sites across power-constrained markets. Qualifications

• Strong background in IT and digital infrastructure with data center requirements knowledge.
• Proven IT management and leadership capabilities overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strategic planning and execution of site selection and infrastructure growth strategies.
• Robust project management across multi-phase development from site identification through entitlement.
• Experience in data center development, CRE, or large-scale industrial infrastructure is beneficial.
• Ability to engage utilities, authorities, landowners, and capital partners.
