Job summary

Vultr is seeking a highly skilled Regional Construction Manager to own portfolio-level construction delivery across 3–5 concurrent data center sites, sitting between site teams and the Director, Construction Delivery. The role requires frequent travel across a multi-state portfolio and leadership in schedule, cost, and quality risk.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center or mission-critical construction management.
• Experience with multi-site regional oversight and high-density compute fit-out.
• Fluency in MEP systems and commissioning sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio management of 3–5 data center construction sites.
• Drive landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out on schedule and budget.
• Escalate schedule, cost, and quality risk across sites.
• Coordinate with the Construction EHS Manager on site safety programs.
• Interface with Design Engineering and Commissioning to enforce gate approvals.
• Manage handoff to startup and turnover toward commissioning and tests.
• Represent construction interests in landlord/lease terms and schedule commitments.
• Report portfolio status and resourcing needs to the Director, Construction Delivery.
