Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction management.
• Experience managing landlord-delivered shell space and tenant improvement scopes.
• Working fluency in MEP systems, commissioning sequencing, and high-density compute fit-out trades.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio management of 3–5 concurrent data center construction sites.
• Drive landlord shell acceptance through tenant fit-out on schedule and budget.
• Serve as escalation point for schedule, cost, and quality risk across sites.
