Crusoe Energy Systems seeks a senior Technical Program Manager to design and operate the Cloud Infrastructure execution model. You will own priorities, unblock dependencies, and drive alignment across compute, storage, networking, and Crusoe Managed Kubernetes, reporting progress to leadership.

You will lead cross-functional planning cycles and governance, chair staff meetings, and push for Jira/Confluence-driven transparency across the org, enabling scaled adoption and reliable delivery.

Competenze

• 10+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or technical product role linked to production systems.
• Ability to turn ambiguous directives into concrete plans with autonomy.
• Strong written communication and ability to drive multi-team initiatives.

Mansioni

• Own how Cloud Infrastructure executes: set priorities, unblock dependencies, track work, report truth to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives spanning compute, storage, networking, and Crusoe Managed Kubernetes.
• Run the Cloud Infrastructure staff meeting with decisions captured and actions closed.
• Drive adoption of Jira and issue-tracking discipline across Cloud Infrastructure.
• Produce leadership updates and executive readouts on execution health.
