Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect, design, and develop Cloud Infrastructure management systems. You will build end-to-end workflows for Crusoe Cloud, contributing to scalable infrastructure that supports AI workloads and drives key business metrics.

You will implement platforms and tools with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security, helping Crusoe scale its cloud capabilities by 10X and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and 5+ years of industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Proven experience building reliable, scalable cloud platforms and running them in production.
• Fluency in Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
• Collaborative mindset with Dev/Ops teams to drive platform adoption.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and secure configurations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to design and implement physical infrastructure management software and availability platforms.
• Contribute to reliability, scalability, and security of Crusoe Cloud systems.
• Develop workflows to drive efficiency and meet business objectives.
• Design and implement high-performing, cost-efficient cloud architectures.
• Streamline deployment, configuration management, and operations with automation tooling.
• Influence platform evolution through cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor junior engineers and help grow the team.
