Crusoe is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end R&D programs spanning evaluation, pilot, and hyperscale readiness for AI data center technologies. You will coordinate across R&D, engineering, and external partners to drive programs from concept through production handoff.

The role requires 7+ years in technical program management, an engineering background, and strong data center knowledge.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in technical program management or related fields.
• Strong engineering fluency to converse with technical teams.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs on time.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive end-to-end R&D programs from evaluation to production handoff.
• Partner with engineering teams to align outputs with infrastructure needs.
• Coordinate technology evaluations: tests, data, go/no-go decisions.
• Manage external vendors, startups, and design partners; define scope & terms.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and track milestones & risks.
• Regularly report program status to R&D leadership and engineers.
• Produce documentation for assessments, pilot results, and handoff packages.
