Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to architect, design, and develop Cloud Infrastructure management systems for Crusoe Cloud. You will build scalable platforms and tooling to plan, monitor, deploy, and operate our AI-first infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and drive secure, reliable cloud architectures with cost-aware optimization. 10+ years distributed systems experience required; Go/Rust/Java/C++ proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Proven experience building reliable, scalable cloud platforms and systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop Cloud Infrastructure management systems for Crusoe Cloud.
• Deliver end-to-end use cases and workflows for AI-first infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
