Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the people, operations, and program hygiene for Cloud Engineering. You will manage headcount planning, requisitions, and interview logistics while coordinating all-hands, events, and intern programs across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes operating systems over checklists, with a focus on automation and scalable processes. You will partner with Recruiting, Finance, and HR to drive timely deliveries, build SOPs, and implement repeatable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, or people operations.
• Experience owning headcount or workforce planning operations: requisitions, position management.
• Experience running an all-hands program for 500+ with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount plan of record for Cloud Engineering with Recruiting.
• Run intake and prioritization for requisitions: collect and sequence leaders' critical roles.
• Coordinate interview machinery for engineering requisitions: panel construction and scorecard timing.
• Own Cloud Engineering All-Hands coordination end to end: topics, agenda, speakers, Q&A follow-up.
• Drive adoption of engineering talks and org-wide events across sites including SF, Dublin, Tel Aviv.
• Own the intern and early-career program for Cloud Engineering and mentor matching.
• Own operating rhythm and program hygiene: staff meetings, reviews, planning cycles, offsites.
• Build repeatable playbooks and migrate artifacts to real systems.
