Google Cloud seeks a seasoned GSI Partner Development Manager to lead alliance initiatives with Global System Integrators and key regional partners in the Mexico/Latin America region. You will drive joint value propositions, coordinate with Google Cloud sales, and push partner-sourced revenue through scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
You will design and execute co-sell motions, manage partner enablement, and navigate complex procurement in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience with C-level executives and cross-functional collaboration across management levels.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end relationship and performance of GSIs and regional SIs to develop joint business plans and milestones.
- Achieve quarterly commercial goals by accelerating partner-led business cycles.
- Foster trust between partner account managers and Google Cloud’s internal field sales to co-develop joint value propositions.
- Monitor financial and adoption health metrics to ensure on-time delivery and sustainable consumption.
- Guide partners to scale Google Cloud practices through enablement and certifications.
