Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Regional Partner Development Manager (PDM) to own the engagement with GSIs in the region. You will develop and manage C-level relationships, drive joint business, and scale regional execution aligned with global partner plans.

You will focus on joint sales, delivery quality, and regional governance to grow mindshare and wallet share, accelerating Google Cloud adoption across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of technology-related sales or partner management experience.
• Experience with public cloud technologies in the enterprise segment.
• Experience managing relationships with executive customers, GSIs, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience executing go-to-market campaigns with GSIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional GTM initiatives aligned with global GSI partner plans to meet or exceed regional goals.
• Create awareness of partner incumbency, joint solutions offerings, and capabilities with regional stakeholders.
• Integrate and land GSI solutions in catalogs and partner tools supporting field motions.
• Secure and manage regional executive sponsor(s) and governance cadence.
• Advocate Google technologies inside the partner organization.
