Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• At least 5 years of solid sales experience in IT/tech sectors with trackable records.
• Strong nationwide or regional engagement experience is a plus.
• Experience with partnerships, alliances and channel platforms preferred.
• Comfortable in a global company with diverse culture and fast growth.
• Ability to coordinate internal/external resources and drive collaboration.
• Fluent English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively gain insights into key industries and identify potential customers.
• Use customer language to start conversations, build trust, mine needs, and create opportunities.
• Carry out secondary development for existing customers and expand services.
• Regularly contact customers to monitor business plans, budgets, supplier status and tech environments.
• Identify decision-makers and establish long-term relationships with CXOs or key stakeholders.
• Explain standard Cloud product solutions and communicate competitive business value to customers.
• Promote quick decisions to adopt cloud products and drive opportunity conversion.
• Provide full lifecycle support to ensure project delivery and rapid product iteration.
