Job summary
SHI is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services practice. You will drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations, partnering with sales and delivery leadership to deliver secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional leadership team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Experience with data governance and security controls in solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with high-quality delivery across engagements.
- Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management, including automation and operations solutions.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
- Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
- Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales for complex engagements.
- Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvement and health.
