Job summary

Next Perimeter in Los Angeles is seeking an IT support specialist to handle user inquiries, diagnose problems, and deliver remote and onsite assistance for Windows and macOS, including Microsoft 365. You will log tickets, coordinate with teams, and maintain clear records while delivering excellent customer service.

This hybrid, in-office role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with one remote day after onboarding and benefits such as unlimited vacation, sick leave, and an emphasis on documentation

Qualifications

Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows and macOS environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and cloud services.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming user calls, ask clarifying questions, and log tickets in the ticketing system.
Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac.
Perform diagnostics to identify root causes and prevent repeat problems.
Document client interactions and technical configurations for future reference.
