Job summary

Steno in Los Angeles is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to be the frontline of IT support in a hybrid role based at our Downtown LA office. You will triage tickets, troubleshoot macOS/Windows, and support Zoom Phone setups, while coordinating with vendors for hardware deployments and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of help desk or IT support experience, or equivalent coursework
• Entry-level role; advanced admin or scripting not required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or relevant certification

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Tier 1 end-user IT support contact
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues; remote support
• Deploy hardware and software for new hires; coordinate with vendors
• Maintain IT knowledge base and SOPs
• Participate in team meetings and cross-team coverage
