Job summary

Next Perimeter is seeking a client-focused IT support technician to handle incoming calls, diagnose issues, and log tickets in a ticketing system. You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, including Microsoft 365, and deliver remote support to resolve hardware and software problems quickly.

You’ll document solutions, coordinate with other teams, and maintain accurate client records while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience providing remote IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud apps.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from users and log tickets in the ticketing system.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for Windows and macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Deliver remote technical support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Conduct system diagnostics to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
• Assist with email issues and password resets; document resolutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on timelines and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records and configurations.
