Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive end-user support for Windows and macOS devices across a hybrid environment. You will manage Microsoft 365 onboarding, licensing, and access, while maintaining asset inventories and deploying new systems.

You will configure network gear, assist with firewalls, VPNs, and MFA, and help enforce security policies using Intune and Jamf. Some travel in Southern California is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support across Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud access is a plus.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VPNs).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel up to 10% in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, application, and network-related end-user support.
• Administer M365: onboarding/offboarding, licenses, access management.
• Set up and deploy new computers and peripherals; maintain asset inventory.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise networking gear (Cisco/HP/Aruba/Ubiquiti).
• Assist in firewall/security management and VPN/MFA configurations.
• Support IT security audits and asset tracking.
• Configure and enforce endpoint security policies via Intune and Jamf.
