Job summary

Analysis Group is seeking a Support Engineer in Los Angeles to join the IT Service and Support team. You will be the first point of contact for technology needs, delivering high-quality service for devices, applications, and platforms.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting for Windows, Office 365, VMware, and networks, managing tickets, and supporting both local and remote users. A 2–5 year background and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of substantive relevant experience.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Office Apps, required.
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS/Android), desktops, laptops, VMware and printers in a corporate environment preferred.
• General knowledge of WAN/LAN/wireless networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for laptops, software applications, and networks.
• Manage tickets including SLAs and updates.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Onboard and train users; support Active Directory and Office 365.
