Job summary

PBS SoCal seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day tech support for about 120 staff across Los Angeles and Orange County in a hybrid nonprofit setting. You’ll handle help desk requests, onboarding/offboarding, AV support, and routine system maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IT help desk or desktop support, solid Windows/macOS troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AD/Azure.

Qualifications

• Approx. 1–3 years of IT help desk or desktop support experience preferred.
• Basic PC and Mac troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employee IT support requests and manage tickets to resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues across Windows and macOS.
• Provide on-site technology and AV support for meetings and events.
