Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolios. This hands‑on role builds the FinOps operating model and partners with infrastructure, development, finance, and procurement to drive cost visibility and forecasting accuracy.

Reporting to the VP of Technology, the manager will operate cost tooling, deliver monthly and quarterly reports, lead cost optimization, manage commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering or related field with 8+ years in technology/finance/cloud cost management.
• 3+ years in dedicated cloud financial management or FinOps role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost platforms across two+ clouds; OCI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology financial management for multi-cloud, SaaS and on‑prem environments.
• Develop and operate FinOps model, taxonomy, tagging standards and cost governance.
• Lead cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, allocation, reporting and executive dashboards.
