Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolios. This role builds a net‑new FinOps function and partners with infrastructure engineering, finance, and procurement to drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

Reports to the VP, Technology and will directly own the FinOps operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in tech/finance/cloud cost management.
• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across two major clouds; OCI experience is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms and license optimization.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required; other FinOps certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cost visibility, allocation & reporting across multi-cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Identify and drive cost optimization, commitment management, and bill accuracy.
• Build and maintain cost forecasts, dashboards, and executive cost reporting.
• Develop FinOps operating model, governance, and cost strategy.
