Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem portfolio. This role builds a net‑new FinOps function and partners with infrastructure engineering, application development, finance, and procurement to drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

Reports to the VP, Technology and is a hands‑on manager with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback models in an enterprise environment.
• FinOps certification preferred; 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cost visibility, allocation and reporting across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Identify and drive cloud and SaaS cost optimization and commitment strategy.
• Forecast technology spend and partner with Finance on budgeting and variance analysis.
• Establish FinOps operating model and governance across the organization.
