Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-prem portfolio. You will establish a new FinOps function and drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability with partners in infrastructure, development, finance, and procurement.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the Vice President, Technology; no direct reports initially, but headcount may grow as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technology, finance, cloud cost management, infrastructure, or FinOp, including 3+ years in a dedicated cloud financial management or FinOps capacity.
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud cost management platforms (Vantage, Apptio, Cloudability, Flexera, CloudHealth, CloudZero, or comparable) across at least two major public clouds; OCI experience advantageous.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/show-back models in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing a commitment portfolio and supporting enterprise environment.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv, Torii, or comparable) or software license optimization preferred.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner required; FinOps Certified Professional and regulated or healthcare-adjacent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates cloud cost management platform (Vantage) across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, extending to data/AI services.
• Maintains SaaS management platform (Zylo) across the enterprise SaaS portfolio, license utilization, and renewal calendar visibility.
• Develops cost allocation taxonomy and dashboards, and delivers monthly/quarterly cost reporting to leadership.
• Identifies cost optimization opportunities and manages the commitment portfolio with run-rate modeling.
• Partners with engineering, dev, and architecture teams to implement cost-saving recommendations and governance.
