Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology cost management across multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises environments. You will establish a new FinOps function, partner with engineering, finance, and procurement, and deliver cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

You will personally operate cost tooling, manage the FinOps operating model, and influence long‑term technology cost strategy while collaborating with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/IT.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps.
• Hands-on with cloud cost platforms across two+ clouds.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv, Torii).
• FinOps Practitioner certification required; CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cloud cost management platforms (Vantage) across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
• Maintain SaaS cost management (Zylo) and license optimization.
• Develop cost dashboards and executive cost reporting.
• Manage cost allocation taxonomy and tagging standards.
• Forecast technology costs and partner with finance on budgets.
