Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cost management across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on‑prem tech. This hands-on manager will build a FinOps operating model, drive cost visibility, and partner with engineering, finance, and procurement on spend governance.

The role reports to the VP of Technology, involves dashboarding, reporting, and executive cost reviews, with potential headcount growth as FinOps matures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in technology/finance/cloud cost mgmt/FinOps; 3+ years in dedicated cloud FinOps.
• Experience with cloud cost tooling across two+ public clouds; OCI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud/technology cost visibility, forecasting, and cost accountability across multi-cloud and SaaS.
• Lead cost optimization for cloud workloads, SaaS, and AI consumption with rightsizing and license reclamation.
• Manage commitments (RI, savings plans, discounts) and run-rate projections; partner with teams to realize outcomes.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, budgets, and multi-year projections; support business cases for tech investments.
