Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to lead cloud financial management across a multi-cloud and SaaS portfolio. You will own the FinOps operating model and partner with engineering, finance, and procurement to drive cost visibility and forecasting accuracy.

The role is hands-on with no direct reports, reporting to the VP of Technology. Expect a high-impact, cost-focused leadership position in a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technology, finance, cloud cost management, infrastructure, or FinOp, including 3+ years in a dedicated cloud financial management or FinOps capacity.
• Demonstrated hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across at least two major public clouds; OCI experience advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback, or show back models in an enterprise environment.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner required; FinOps Certified Professional and regulated or healthcare-adjacent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost Visibility, Allocation & Reporting: Operates cloud cost management platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, and SaaS management platforms; builds dashboards and executive cost views.
• Optimization & Commitment Strategy: Manages commitments and run-rate projections; collaborates with teams to realize outcomes and supports renewal negotiations.
• Forecasting & Finance Partnership: Develops technology cost forecasts and budgets; prepares leadership for reviews; models multi-year projections.
• FinOps Practice, Governance & Cost Strategy: Establishes operating model, governance, and maturity roadmaps; drives FinOps best practices across the org.
