Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cost visibility and forecasting across a multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio. You will lead the FinOps function, drive cost governance, and partner with infrastructure, application teams, finance, and procurement to deliver actionable insights.

This hands‑on role requires strong data analytics, experience with cost platforms, and a track record of achieving cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and chargeback models.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms such as Zylo.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cloud cost management platforms and produce monthly cost reports.
• Maintain cost dashboards and executive cost views.
• Optimize cloud and SaaS spend with rightsizing and license reclamation.
• Manage billing accuracy and run-rate projections.
• Partner with engineering and finance to drive cost governance.
