Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cost management across its multi-cloud and on‑premises tech portfolio. You will drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability by operating FinOps tooling, billing data, and executive reporting.

You will establish the FinOps operating model, govern cloud and SaaS spend, and partner with engineering, finance, and procurement. This hands‑on role may add headcount as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud cost management experience across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and chargeback models.
• Proven ability to build cost governance and reporting.
• Strong communication of cost data to engineering and finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology cost management across multi-cloud and on-premises portfolio.
• Operate FinOps tooling and executive reporting; drive cost visibility and forecasting accuracy.
