Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across our multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio. This hands‑on leadership role drives cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability, partnering with engineering, finance, and procurement.

You will operate cost management tooling, deliver executive reporting, and shape the FinOps operating model, with potential headcount growth as the function matures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading cloud financial management (FinOps) programs.
• Experience establishing cost allocation taxonomies, tagging standards, and chargeback/showback models.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology financial management across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
• Develop and maintain cost dashboards and executive reporting for technology leadership.
• Lead FinOps operating model and governance, including cost optimization initiatives.
