Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud financial management and drive cost visibility across multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises tech. The role leads the FinOps operating model, partners with engineering, finance, and procurement, and builds executive cost reporting with no direct reports.

The ideal candidate will lead cost optimization, forecasting, and governance initiatives, influencing technology strategy and enterprise agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or finance discipline with 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management or FinOps.
• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds; OCI experience is a plus.
• Experience with tagging standards, allocation taxonomies, and chargeback/showback models in an enterprise.
• Proven ability to manage commitments (RI, savings plans) and support enterprise cloud environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv, Torii) and software license optimization.

Responsibilities

• Cost Visibility, Allocation & Reporting across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and SaaS platforms; develop dashboards and executive views.
• Optimize cloud and SaaS spend with rightsizing, tiering, and license reclamation; manage commitments and run-rate projections.
• Forecast technology costs and partner with Finance on budgets; provide multi-year projections for new projects.
• Establish FinOps operating model, governance, and enablement; drive adoption of best practices and maturity.
