Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Support Manager to lead a team of Technical Account Managers, guiding customers through planning, review, and ongoing operations of critical AWS workloads.

You will partner with sales leadership to drive successful launches and ongoing operations, acting as the customer voice to prioritize business needs and improve the overall AWS experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer engagement with senior executives (VP/C-level).
• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, engineering, analytics, math, or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise software companies.
• Experience leading and managing people in customer service or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Account Managers as the primary contact for customers.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to plan and oversee launch and operations of AWS workloads.
• Conduct operations reviews with customers to improve their AWS experience.
• Advocate for the customer within AWS to prioritize business needs.
