Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Cloud Engagement Lead in the United States. You will lead end-to-end cloud engagements, partner with Google Cloud field teams, and guide clients through modernization and AI journeys. This is a builder’s role, requiring hands-on, entrepreneurial energy and ambiguity tolerance.

The ideal candidate blends strong GCP credibility with business development instincts, leading pursuits and co-sell motions across cloud migration, app modernization, data and AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation.
• Experience driving cloud modernization and AI programs.
• Strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and Google Cloud account teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities end-to-end from qualification to win strategy.
• Coordinate solution architects, delivery and partner teams on pursuits.
• Build joint EPAM–Google Cloud account strategies and execute land‑and‑expand motions.
• Mentor pursuit teams in cloud business development and co-sell practices.
• Embed in top accounts to drive net-new and expansion revenue.
