Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Informatica Data Integration Specialist Account Executive in the Boston area to unlock IDMC with Data Foundation Account Executives. You will translate complex data engineering requirements into business value and communicate technical nuances of ETL/ELT, Mass Ingestion, and Connectivity to CDOs and Cloud Architects.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, qualify opportunities, and drive a strong forecast for Data Integration in a fast-paced, cross-functional sales environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience selling Data Integration, iPaaS, or complex ETL solutions.
• Proven track record of leading white-boarding sessions on Data Engineering pipelines and Cloud Data Warehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery] migration strategies).
• Understanding of GenAI data readiness and how data integration fuels RAG and LLM performance.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieving a dedicated quota for Data Integration products by identifying and closing complex opportunities.
• Acting as a technical sales authority on Cloud Ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks), articulating IDMC benefits for multi-cloud architectures.
• Leading deep-dive discovery sessions to qualify high-volume data movement use cases (Legacy ETL-to-Cloud, Real-time Streaming, API-led integration).
• Driving forecasting accuracy and pipeline generation for Data Integration.
• Partnering with Chief Data Officers and Enterprise Architects to align integration roadmap with AI/data engineering strategies.
• Leading pricing and consumption capacity scoping efforts.
