Job summary

You will collaborate with engineers, vendors, and contractors, contributing to documentation and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements; assist onboarding new teammates.
