• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents affecting service availability.
• Serve as primary contact point for internal/external stakeholders (engineers, vendors, contractors).
• Participate in on-call duties, maintenance, and change management activities.
• Help document issues and contribute to process improvements, onboarding new team members.
