Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience or related IT work.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience, including troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix; diagnose network issues and respond to incidents affecting service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders including engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform on-call duties and participate in maintenance and change management activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements based on issue analysis.
• Assist in interviewing, training and onboarding new team members.
