Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience.
• Ability to travel to data center locations as needed.
• Flexibility to work days/nights/weekends.
• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents impacting service availability.
• Serve as a primary contact with engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform on-call duties and participate in maintenance/change management.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
