Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience or a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tickets to data center technicians and operators.
• Manage performance of data center operation teams across locations.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for data center staff.
• Drive career planning and performance management for teams.
• Deliver mid-size projects and improve day-to-day operations and KPIs.
