You will refine processes, manage external vendors, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure safety and reliability in a high-availability environment.

Candidates should have 4+ years managing technical teams and substantial experience in data center technology or networking/hardware.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical team management.
• 4+ years in a data center technology role or substantial networking/hardware knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of engineers with technical leadership.
• Maintain existing Data Centers and help bring online new ones.
• Improve processes and vendor/contractor relationships.
• Create and monitor metrics to drive improvements.
• Assist in implementing incident, change, and capacity management.
