Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Practice Customer Engineer with a Cloud AI specialty to partner with technical sales, differentiate Google Cloud, and accelerate technical wins for complex workloads. You’ll prototype, build demos, and solve AI-centered customer challenges, influencing product direction while guiding customers through adoption.

You’ll collaborate with Platform CEs to showcase practical solutions, align with GTM, and deliver clear, value-driven engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with ML model development or deployment is required.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks or integrating models into autonomous workflows.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical wins for complex Cloud AI workloads across the sales cycle.
• Provide functional, customer-tailored solutions and secure buy-in from domain experts.
• Offer deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
• Contribute reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests and issues with Product/Engineering.
