Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer specializing in Cloud AI to accelerate technical wins for complex workloads and guide customers from evaluation to adoption. You will write code, build prototypes and demos, and partner with sales to translate technical needs into practical solutions.

You will engage with technical and executive stakeholders, present architectures, and collaborate with Platform CEs to influence product direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and agentic design patterns.
Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Experience using programming languages to design demos, prototypes, or workshops for customers.

Responsibilities

Drive technical wins for Cloud AI workloads, supporting the business cycle from evaluation to ramp.
Provide deep technical consultation and build customer relationships.
Develop prototypes, POCs, and demos to promote AI solutions to customers.
Collaborate with GTM and engineering teams to document and prioritize feature requests.
Communicate technical value and solutions to customers and executives.
