Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and RAG-based workflows.
• Experience with ML model development and deployment.
• Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executives.
• Experience using programming languages to design demos for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical wins for Cloud AI workloads during the customer cycle.
• Provide tailored solutions and secure buy-in from customer experts.
• Offer deep technical consultation and build lasting relationships.
• Contribute reusable assets with GTM and product teams.
